Just received my Robocop from SlotUSA

Fedex just dropped of my machine and both of the front pieces of glass are smashed and shard are all over in the machine. There is also a gouge in the wood frame corresponding with a similar mark on the box. Looks like the Fedex monkeys had their way with my baby.
The packaging was sort of lame with just bags of packing peanuts stuffed between the box and the machine.
Definetly not the level of packing that Pachinko Palace does.
Hopefully SlotUSA will make it right.
it suck to have it in my house and not be able to play it!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh man, what a let down!

I have yet to deal with slotusa so keep us posted on how they take care of you, please!

It sounds like Fedex drove over it with aa truck.

Just shot them an email which i will give them to tomorrow to reply to. If not I will call them.
I have been vacuming glass for the last half hour. I vacuum all I see then I pick up the machine turn it every which way and shake it then open it up and vacuum more glass.
What a drag.

Yea, man that stinks. My experience with slotsusa and fedex with the popeye machine was great. No problems on either part. Keep us posted with slots response.

You should have left all the glass as is, FEDEX will be there sometime to see it and if you clean it up good, they will deny the claim. I would put it back as it came.

slotusa does stand by their machine, they will replace it for you.

but, it may be a hassle dealing with fedex.

FedEx must use gorillas to move things.. The Super BlackJack I bought from VallyGaming showed up last week with a hole in the side of the box abd could see through the hole that the front of the machine was all busted up so I refused delivery. By FedEx tracking I see it just made it back to them today. Now I need to see how long it takes for them to send me another.

There's no excuse for that.
SUSA needs to start using closed-cell foam rubber padding,
and 30lb. burst-strength rated boxes like TA does.
SUSA is close to me. Even though they have a no will-call policy,
I would still collect a purchase from them myself.

Well, I think I got all the glass out of it. I took a piece out of my other machine and installed it in the Robocop to check it out.
The machine seems to work perfectly.
I have not heard back from Slotusa yet. If they will just send me two new pieces of glass I will be fine. I don't think the whole machine needs to be replaced. Other than the broken glass the machine is in really nice condition.
No scuffed or cig burned plastic.
I'll let you all know what slotusa has to say once I hear from them.

I wanted to know, if its not too personal, what you paid for your machine & if its an orange casing or a black casing. Do you know the model #?

Ya know, when I 1st saw the orange one, I said to myself, "self, I just dont think so".
But then I saw the black one with the purple highlights & I said to myself....well, you get the idea.
That black one just rocks!!!

Sorry for not replying sooner, I have been travelling. And up to my pachinko balls in work.
Spoke to SlotUSA 3 weeks ago about the broken glass. They apologized, of course, and said they would send out two new pieces of glass. They arrived, finally, last Wednesday. Now here's the good part......ready.....both pieces were broken!!!
I haven't contacted them yet. I was in Vegas when they were delivered and just got back Saturday.
I think I'll just let SlotUSA know about it and then go to the local glass shop and have them cut me two pieces. Tired of messing with it.
