pachislo frog Revolution help needed with reel

I have a yamasa frog Revolution slot machine. I've done everything I've done everything I possibly could. When I load the machine and hit the spin reel lever all 3 reels go crazy. They won't stop when. I hit the buttons and the far left reel hesitates to stop but continues to spin out of control. I've tried to do the master reset but I didn't fix the problem. Please help. Thanks
