Default Zombie cat.... a true frankenstein of a machine

I have a few "weird" machines I have been working on. First up for observation is Zombie Cat. This machine has a play field from 1948 a frame and ball launcher from the 60s and now a second jackpot system added by me. My friend recreated the graphics darn near exact. As you can imagine the paint just flakes off after 50 years or so.

The original system I think may have had a two jackpot payout so I built a second system to make it more fun. The original system payed out one ball and gave your original ball back. The new system pays out 4 balls on upper pockets AND gives you back your orignal ball and the lower giant pocket pays out one ball plus your original ball back. I made everything for the new jackpot with tin and brass by hand except the final tube and payout tray at the bottom, which were taken from an old 60s single shot.

I should have another strange one to post by this weekend. It's a 1951 rapid fire that used a solenoid to load the ball into the firing track. I think this is the earliest I have ever seen a solenoid in a machine.
