    Default Lost ball management

I have a Macross Frontier machine sitting in a Keith frame.
The problem I noting now is that lost balls falling from the rear of the machine for the most part do fall into the lower tray and roll forward... however I am getting quite a few that seem to hit the shelf and get stuck..
This then leads me to clearing the shelf when I am done of all the "lost" lost balls.

I am looking for ideas on a simple little shoot that I can have the balls go just past the lower shelf and into the collection tray.

    Any ideas?

I've used a regular oil funnel mounted to the frame or case with an electric conduit clamp.

The previous owner to my Luminia Frame had a custom 1 1/2" PVC waste pipe that spits out lost balls into the collection tray. He drilled a hole into the frame to do that; it's perfect for a cabinet though. My other cabinet with "Ban Ban Jump" I just ghetto rigged the top part of a 2 liter bottle cut off to form a funnel, attached with a screw to the frame. It's not fancy, but it does the job of redirecting the balls! Nobody can see it anyway.

Someone bought all the bright blue Sankyo out boxes...I had to settle for the dull beige Daitos.

I use a wood and cardboard ramp the goes up to the lost ball hole in the back of the machine. I've had no issues with it.

When I had all mine set up, I made a chute out of plastic garage sale signs and duct tape. Simple and cheap.

The advantage of these is that you can calculate the amount of balls fired to the nearest 10.
