    Default Star Wars Pachinko

    http://m.ebay.com/itm/281657054076?nav=SEARCH

I see lots of people talk about this. No interest on my part, seller is local for me.

I always like it when someone brags about their pachinko machine coming from a "smoke free" home! I wonder if they know that the 1st couple years of its life was in a smoky gambling parlor?

3 hours to go and no bids?

I was half tempted to have a go @ it and use it as trade fodder for an SDF Macross machine...

I think I would rather get 2 or 3 other moderns than pay 600 for one. That would be about 60 vintages for Max...

That cost me a little bit more than 600. But I did still end up paying less than $30 a machine.

    100 machines and counting...

^Ditto. The little R2-D2 is cool and all; but I bought 3 popular/desirable machines and paid less than that for all 3 combined: Julie Pinball, a Penguin, and a Cutie Honey

Maybe somebody is lurking to bid at the last minute as to not start a bidding war...

maybe they will relist and lower starting bid

I worked on one a friend had and decided it wasn't for me, I didn't care for hearing the Star Wars theme that many times

I would probably get in trouble if I got any more "adult" pachinkos... A Yellow Cab machine was actually for sale locally a couple months ago on CL only 20 minutes away from me (with a cabinet and 2000 balls included!), asking $175. I hardly EVER see any modern pachinkos for sale in Charlotte area either. Cool "man cave" pachinko though!

I guess the Star Wars pachinko is not quite as rare as some say; now there's two on Ebay! The seller's out of their gourd on the price though considering the other one listed at $500 has no bids... I guess since this one is "brand new never played with" and has a red frame makes it $699 more valuable.

and actually, even here in the UK where pachinkos seem to be the hardest to find,

the original Star Wars was the one that shipped here in biggest numbers I believe

My plan since this guy is so close to me.. was to pick it up and use it to leverage a trade for something I actually wanted..
Considering these replies I am gonna pass. No interest in star wars at all so it would sit and collect dust... I am not going to take a loss on a machine that will most likely never get played..

    oh well.

well it's still quite a popular game and there will always be Star Wars fans, mine is the only one of my pachinkos wall mounted in the living room, as we are Star Wars fans here

it's just not what most people would consider rare, so you should be able to pick them up at reasonable prices
