I'm surprised, usually pachinko machines are LOUD, LOUDER & OBSCENE...
I'm not familiar with your machine. But in general, there is a three position slider that varies volume.
Not surprised if someone added after market volume controls; they could be on the back or inside the front - near the speakers.
Also not surprised to find cotton wadding jammed into the speaker plastic to deaden the sound.
Maybe one of the other members knows your specific machine?

Also check for aftermarket-installed volume controls inside the cell PCB cover (big clear plastic box on back). I know my Yamato 3 came with them installed there.
