I took some pictures while I was starting to put it appears that the center feature rotates slowly and away some of my recent purchases in my storage location.

This one came to me partially disassembled and the center feature appears to rotate. I think a previous owner removed this section to make it function like a manual rather than a powered machine.

I'm fairly certain that I have all of the parts as I can align the feature holes with the machine. I'm not sure what the solenoid is for nor about how the wiring should be run.

Anyone have any thing similar to this for some information?

I really need to do this on my computer rather than my phone.

Unfortunately I'm not qualified to give repair advice but there are a lot of knowledgable people here that can help

The motor spins the center feature. Then there should be a switch somewhere on a certain path. When the switch is hit it triggers the solenoid to open all the tulips. At least that is how I think they work. Nice find.
