I Got the Reel To Reel Stereo tape Player Bug Real Bad

Well last week I thought what would be a fun cool Electronic throw back thing . I then went to a Black Bear Diner to have a Bigfoot Chicken Fried Steak Dinner with Homemade bread pudding ala mode .

Now I have Two Roberts / Rheem Stereo Reel to Reel /8 track machine 1725 8L and a newer 778X and waiting on a Akai X-1800SD to arrive as well as I got 12 radio station 7" tapes one even has from 1968 Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial radio program and now I am waiting on 29 more 7" reel to reel tapes

The Roberts 1725 8L suffered a age problem with the pot metal casting just slowly desintergrated for the fast forward/rewind cam so I' ll be on the look for that part. The Roberts 778x had a bad main power cord socket so I used on of my old computer grouned coreds and luckly everything works . The Akai X-1800SD I hope is just simple cleaning / demaging / degoop ( Old Lube) and relube and enjoy like the other two .,.,.,.,., I can stop anytime
