Las Vegas E4 error will not reset

Hi, I have an Olympia Las Vegas Pachislo with an E4 error code. The manual I have for it says to turn the lock key to the left and press the reset key. Doesn't work. I suspect that I actually have a ram problem. There is a small, green light flashing quickly. The light is on what appears to be a circuit board with big, socketed ram chips. Am I correct? Do I have to take the reels out to get this board out? (it's in a plastic case)

I think E4 is hopper payout error, You might have a faulty sensor on the payout hopper. Or something jammed in it.
Turn the power off and unplug the hopper, Then do a full reset and see what happens.

Yep, it is that machine. I'll remove the hopper and check it for jams and do the reset. Hope you're right! Thanks!

Took the hopper out and removed all tokens and the reset worked! Where did you find the info on the hopper? My manual says an E4 error is a RAM error. Thanks!

its a secret, but there is a list of error codes here
Olympia is the 6th one down.
