Million God won't except coins....HELP

It's been a while since I've had an issue and been on here but the every time you guys help! I recently bought a million god machine for my boss for christmas. it shipped and damn thing wont except coins. I've tried everything to get it rockin'. I've attached a few pics. the first is the code i get on the play/credit screen. it looks to me like its stuck in the payout level change mode but nothing happens. the second pic is of the reset lock. I put the key in but it wont turn and seems sloppy. wrong key? everything else works great just cant play the machine. any help please. thanks guys!!

i translated the what the code is and have no clue what it is or how to fix it...

ok i think the pic i took of the "reset lock" is not the reset lock at all. every machine i've seen has the reset in the power box. this does not. it has what looks like what would be the reset on the back of the door but the key will not go in. like its a false lock. very strange. i did not get a pic of that. if i just unplug can i reset that way??

is there a key slot on the upper right of the back? some machines have then there. have you tried a soft reset by turning the door key to the left?

have done soft reset and doesnt work. i do see what i think may be a reset key slot. if you look at image 2 of the key lock to the right is a clear box and you can see red and white wires. there is a plastic slot there that looks like a key slot but the key doesnt go in. i think that since the wires are red and white it could be the reset. i think i will put a toggle on there and see if that does the trick. there is no other key are on the power box at all. sorry i dont have a pic of what im talking about.

looks like pic 2 has the reset lock..

power it down and open it up and take a look if a toggle switch can be put in it place..

I have seen about 3 MillionGod machine styles. All basically the same with video screen below the reels.key 001.jpg Yours looks like the display is above the reels. I can't help you fix it...but would like to see a better view of the whole front as I have not seen this version!
