First cabinet build
Hi everyone, after doing bit of research and planning I decided to go the route most take and make my own cabinet(s) due to the monopoly on the packinko cabinet industry and questionable business practices I've read so much about. I decided to keep my first attempt as simple as possible so I can practice my woodworking skills a bit before making one with a top hopper/ bottom tray for my Bungee Jump machine. I figured I would show it off my creation! It turned out pretty decent for a first attempt, just your basic box design with a french cleat holding it to the wall and a "finger hole" for opening the machine from the frame. Maybe I will get fancy and use some hardwood and stain the next one.The wall mount makes my "new" machine lots of use now! Now I don't have to get up from playing pachinko to drink my liquor...
By the way, the machine is a 1975 Sankyo:
