if your are running that much that often ya should look into wet polishing... the guys that i do reloading with wet polish.. takes less then half the time of dry polishing and the finished product is way better...

I imagine I could do five but I just don't have the space for that many disassembled machines without my wife throwing a conniption. Either you have a dedicated area for restorations or your wife is a saint.

The nice thing is that I can usually get machines out in less than 2 weeks each, and with the overlap and some good luck I generally get 6-7 done per month. I just keep burning out the nail-polishers, I go through one every 6 months or so. I just can't seem to find the ganzumbas to dole out the cash for an industrial one, nor the loss of insanity to suggest to my wife that she the park her Jaguar in the driveway instead of the garage so I have somewhere to put one.
I do have my own space just for working on pachinkos but this project is like the all you can eat buffet,.it was more than I had room for and I don't have much time each day to work on them as my job and I have other customers. I was hoping to be done by now but some of the machines needed more repairs and there were more missing parts then I originally was thinking. I am also trying new techniques in hope of producing a better product faster. But as with all new things, you get to try it again and again until you get it right. Over all, it has saved me some time but I don't think I will try it again. Maybe just 4 next time.

As for nail polishing, I have 6 tumblers of differing types and sizes, the only one I use for nail polishing any more is

    http://www.harborfreight.com/dual-dr...ler-67632.html

I use walnut shells after soaking and in 24 to 48 hours nails are like new. This unit has lasted me 3 years and it still going strong.

Spent most of the cold & icy morning out in the shed going through parts boxes, looking for the parts I need to finish these machines. However, I did get two more fronts done.
