Well, I am going to contact the seller and see what he'll do. If nothing, I'll just have to chalk it up to experience.....but I know where I'll get my next machine.....

I really don't know what I would have done without this site. I was desperately trying to find out anything I could about these machines when I found mine didn't work. In my searching the net, I found it and registered and got more help than I could have imagined and an ace in the hole with at-slots being just 20 minutes away. How lucky can a girl get??????

check to see if the wire plugs for the buttons are the same connectors if they are try switching the cancel button for the max button its possable the max ir is toast and not registering the hit . good luck . by the way i'm from se pa also . morrisville pa near trenton. should have kept reading i see you got it good for you . you might try cleaning the plug recepticals with contact cleaner should prevent this in the future .

Thank you very much alstonj1. This pachi eventully needed the motherboard replaced as it was essentially brain dead. She's up and running now like nothing ever happened. Thanks again. I am in West Chester.
