FS: 2 Cells - Sankyo V-Spark / Heiwa Lupina

Howdy Folks - have a couple cells I'm looking to clear out:

For Sankyo V-Spark frame:

Has been cleaned very well - though still a little schmutz on the drums. It came to me basically caked in smoke residue, but I disassembled it and cleaned as well as possible.
Volume control attached to cell... apparently from someone who didn't want to put them on the frame???
