Default Nishijin Model B, Name? Year?

I From what I have been able to find this machine is from the 70's. Can anyone tell me the name or a closer year? Thanks, ChickyPlaying Field.jpgSophia Super Deluxe.jpg

I don't know the name for that particular machine, but it has the same set up as mine. It is a late 1975 model B. Here is a couple of photos of mine for comparison

Thank you for the pics. The scroll work in the corners, I think, gives the approximate year away. Yes, very similar but mine has four tulips. How did you find out the year of you machine? Finding out the name of this particular machine is unimportant in the long run, but for some reason it bugs me. Yours look to be in great shape. Did you restore them?

Thanks Carl, But it looks better on the front than the back. A lot of work will need to be done to see it work again. Have a Great Monday!

most machines have expiration stickers on the cell that date it.. your look like there gone...

as for a name most all vintage machines do not have any names... It was not till the later 70's that themes were developed and them names started to appear..

Thank you. I don't restore them. I, at this point, don't have that much experience with these machines. Mine just needed a good cleaning, some clearing of obstructions in the chutes, and a battery wired in for the lights. Now it's working perfectly.

Here's a link to a Nishijin vintage machine catalog:

    http://www.pachitalk.com/forums/vint...e-catalog.html

This gives you good photos of the front and back of a lot of different machines.

As they do today, most companies will use the same basic frame or set up (for both pachinko and pachislo) and change it to give it more variety and increase their sales. On this particular frame, I've seen a football and a skiing theme, in addition to our machines.

If you post some pictures of the back, people here will be able to help you determine what you need to get your machine up and running.
