Duel Dragon screen help

Hello all! Newbie to site and to owning this machine. Never owned any slot machine actually. Anyways. The LCD on my Duel Dragon by Aruze is "fuzzy". Reminds me of the old tv's with rabbit ears and it had to be "tuned in". The screen is on, and I can see some lines of color flash across it. Any ideas on how to fix this? I tried a hard restart already and it didn't work. Unless I did that step wrong. Please help me out on this

I'd try resetting the connections. The connections may look fine, but sometimes unplugging them and re-setting them cures problems.
