Question Help newbie with 1964 Nisjin value

Hello everyone, I have had my eye out for a vintage pachinko to play around with in decent shape, I would like to play one before i potentially buy a restored or get one restored and looking sharp. I noticed this 1964 Nishjin not too far away, cleaned up a bit and fully functional supposedly, including balls, and he says he'll include a 2nd "work in progress". He's asking $100 OBO....what would be a fair offer? It looks decent other than faded playing field...opinions?

I'm not good on US prices, but I think his age is a decade out. Looks clean from the low resolution pictured viewed on a mobile phone.

i see 3 problems with his working machine..

first is the missing track cover.. (home made one included)

second the lights are hooked up incorrectly..

third the plunger below the hopper(it controls the stop flag) has plenty of balls sitting on it.. it should be in the down position so the flag will be up.. so that would need work...

all 3 things should be an easy fix..

he claims 300 balls that's 18 bucks worth right there... cell has some water damage but the chrome is good loking.. to be honest 100 is not a bad price.. for a starter machine.. max i would pay would be 60 to 75..

Who do you think I am? I wouldn't pay that money for an ordinary 72 Nishijin B. That is what I value them at but not what I pay.

But 60-75 is a fair price range for that type of machine. It it towards the top end but the first one is always the most expensive.
