Ok, I just bought it today and I have no clue about these machines. It turns on , lights up but does nothing. If you insert a coin it just comes straight out the return and it just looks like something should connect there. I pulled out the hopper and it's clean and all fuses are good. Just looks like a piece is missing that should accept a coin or something.

Im more of a Pachinko kinda guy.. i have had a few Pachislo but im not expert..

Did you get the key for doing a reset? If your machine is in reset/odds mode, often the tokens will fall right into the tray.

Looks like your machine is maybe a Ghost Rush machine, made by Aruze, in 2001.
The machine may just need to be reset.
Here are the steps:

The 4 metal prongs are Overflow Sensors. In a Parlor Setting, there is a container that sets beside the hopper, that has 4 holes in the back of it, that would let the metal prongs protrude into the container. The container is a overflow catch for the hopper. As tokens fill the container, the tokens would make contact with the metal prongs, thus completing the circuit and the machine would show a OF error code, letting the attendant know that the machine was overflowing with tokens.

For Home Use, this overflow container or sensors have no use and can be removed, if you desire.

Also, if your machine is a Ghost Rush, the pay lines are different than most machines.
