big bear shipping time

i ordered 7500 tokens from big bear on april 28 and got a tracking number the next day which is the 29. looked up tracking number and says item picked up on the 29th with a estimated time of delivery may 1st.......i was thinking way cool 3 days to fresno ca from texas. well checked on the first and estimated delivery date vanished. checked history of tracking and here is how it went: picked up 245 pm bryan tx....april 30 arrived in forth worth 215am....arrived hutchins texas may 3rd....now check this out in transit back to bryan texas...arrived bryan texas at 534 pm which is where the package originated........has this happened to anyone else......maybe they recalled package back to bigbear for some reason. charge was on credit card so i know it went through. ernie oh yeah and now the "estimated delivery date is May 10th. is 13 days normal........i know machines get here faster.

it just seems like a long time from texas to california. it has never taken close to that long with anything i have ordered from stealth or syscom. i left a message on bigbears answering machine to find out if they know what happened

By what means is it being shipped ?

If USPS My guess is that because of the weight its getting held up. I had to go to my Post Office and pick mine up today, 5000 @60 lbs. Mike : )

I had Fedex ship one of my machines to the wrong area just recently. Gaku is a awesome vendor, I ordered two machines from him and he shipped them out the first business day, and took only 4 days to get to me in Wisconsin. Not knowing your particular situation exactly, still my best guess is its Fedexs' screwup, they damaged 3 items and screwed up where my package went in this last month so I'm going to figure it's them that's just my opinion.

I shipped a package UPS once and it bounced around for awhile and then made it finally. It was really strange but never bothered to call UPS to see how it happened.

Not sure why people here are having problems with FedEx. I have shipped about 25 machines now FedEx ground and never really had a a problem. The only problem I have had is sometimes people get it with the reel case dislodge but it is a easy fix and has happened with UPS also. Shipping with FedEx is about $20 cheaper for me.

I ship most smaller items through UPS. I once made the mistake of shipping a small countertop video game through USPS from Baltimore, Md. to New York, NY. After 60 days they gave up trying to find it and began processing a refund for the insured price. A couple weeks later (before they paid on the claim) it shows up in NORTH CAROLINA!

well bigbear called me today and the problem was with fed ex.....they shipped out on wrong truck.bigbear was really quick in contacting me back about this problem.....thanks for that....ernie
