    Default Outlaw Questions

Good evening everyone! First, I'd like to say that I really did do searches for Outlaw, and read the manual included with my machine, as well as the info on Bear's site. For some reason, I'm just not getting it, and would appreciate it if someone could dummy things down for me a bit!

I finally have my Outlaw machine set up, plugged in, tokens loaded. So I insert three tokens and play a game. Well, I've played for about two hours now, and the only thing I've won are a free replays and two or three (10) token rewards. Insert three tokens, stop the reels, win nothing. Repeat. I have literally gone through all (1000) tokens, so I'm sure that I must be doing something wrong. (Even in Vegas, I win two or three quarters back every so often). I have to keep opening my machine to pull out more tokens so I can continue playing. If this is how Pachislo works, why do the Japanese keep coming back?

I'd appreciate any advice--thanks in advance!

everytime you win the machine does not spit out tokens. This might be whats wrong the machine will store add them to the tokens you already have inserted then after you have 50 tokens in the machine they will spit them out. im not sure if i worded this clearly enough, if i didnt someone else will clear it up.

Fair enough, but wouldn't those tokens show up on the "credit" readout? I just can't imagine that in (1000) tokens, I've only won 20 or 30. Am I that bad at this?

they would show up on the credit led . what setting (1-6) is your machine set at that could have a big effect.

on your machine, check your credits. if it doesn't say 50 when you get winning symbols, then you won't be getting tokens. its kinda like vegas, put in $20 in a 25 cent machine and it gives you 80 credits. In order to get your 80 credits back in tokens, you have to cash out. Alot of times you have to have 50 credits on your pachislo machine before it will spit out tokens on a winning line....

Aha! See--I have no idea. I just turned it on and away I went! I read through the info on Bear's site, but it all looks Greek and I don't get it.

Nothing shows up, I'm not racking up credits, and no tokens are coming back to me. I'm lost.

    Turn Machine Off

    Insert Reset Key/switch And Turn

    Turn Machine On

Now Look And See What The Led Says On The Machine Should Say Between 1-6 That Is Your Level

Then Depress Joystick For 5secs And Remove Key/switch

What a great little movie! I'm going downstairs to try it right now, and am assuming that the door key is the same as the reset key. Which number (1-6) will pay off the most tokens?

The door key is not the same key as the reset key. You should have a different one.

I made this last year right before Christmas. Arby brought up the fact that at Christmas we were going to get inundated with new user (which was true) and no one was going to know what to do. So we all took a project to make up for the newbie section to help out the number of questions we were going to receive. That was my project.

I made it flash to make it a bit more enjoyable for people.

Sigh...I'm so frustrated, and hope I'm not coming off as a rude person who doesn't appreciate your help, because I really do!

I opened the door, and I don't have a reset switch or anything--there's only an on/off switch on the black box inside. The LED display just says, "0." And the video screen just keeps playing the same little ditty, over and over again--the Outlaw cartoon (which I also don't understand), isn't there anymore--just a blue screen which says, "BIG."

Is there a silver box with one or two key slots mounted in the top right of the machine?

It's an Eleco and they often use this box instead of on the power supply.

Okay, I found the key, and my apparently, my machine was already set at (6), which is the highest payout rate. At least the crazy music isn't stuck on a loop now, and I have my cartoons back.

But the problem remains--I don't win anything! I'm serious--two hours and nothing?
