payout not working

Hello All, Im new to this forum and in need of some assistance. I have a modern pachinko machine made by Heiwa (Happy Date). It was working perfectly when I put in storage about five years ago. I recently attempted to start the machine and found the payout was not working. I took apart the rear section and cleaned all the passages and found a piece of Lego jamming the payout channel. I removed the blockage and re-assembled only to find the payout still didn't work. I manually put balls in the win slots and nothing happened. If anyone has suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.

to Pachitalk! I don't know much about moderns...I made my center feature not work about a year ago on my only modern. I haven't been able to fix it, so I won't be much help with yours.

Have you turned it off, then held in the reset button while turning it on?

Have you checked if your ball stopper is in the down position, and won't let any balls into the payout channels.

The ball stopper is usually found on the ball channel just after the ball hopper on the top back of the machine, and has 2 metal or plastic prongs.
