Default Help reading ball entry japanese writing

I am trying to identify my machine. Can anyone figure out these Japanese letters on the ball entry plate?

ball entry.jpg cleaned up ball entry

Just in case your curious here is the overall pic with the green oxide colored ball entry prior to clean up. I would normally polish the ball entry to a high finish, but I had no idea under all the corrosion was this neat art work. I am in fear of destroying the ink in the inlay.

    Thanks

That is a BEAUTIFUL machine! There are a few members here can translate stuff. That plate and machine are so cool.

In a rough manner, the top part says
    Nagoya - 名古屋
West River -西川 - Nishikawa (probably a company name although it is a district in Nagoya)

The fish each side refer to the 2 large golden fish mounted on the top of the roof on Nagoya Castle

The bottom seems to have a lot of old, obolete kanji, that aren't in my dictionarys or online radical search.

Gold fishes are "Kin no shachihoko"the symbol of the Nagoya castle.
