This is the only writing on this entire machine. Anyone able to read this. Could not match these symbols to anything on the internet. If I had to guess I'd say it's says:

Even though "oil" is "abura", オ-ル could mean oil, in a weird way. However, oil 15 wouldn't make much sense. All 15 does.
