someon has rewired it.. could be a good thing could be bad.. looks like a nice clean wiring job, but i dont see traditional power for the bulbs??

someone has monkeyed with the wires. I don't see wiring for the bulbs either. And the transformer looks kinda old compared to most I have seen.

But it may all work just perfect, which in any case I hope it does for the buyer.
