Oh, these people.
They got a nasty-gram from me.
They are listing binoculars on YJA for over 3 times the seller's buy now price.
After I won an item on YJA, and they were still offering it on ebay, I let them have it.
Reported them to ebay and threatened legal action.
Am I a meanie?

Selling something that isn't even yours or in your possession or agreed upon by the true owner is pretty bad.
