    Those mahjong machines are cool.
I've restored 2 of the "clown" machines and I still own one. The clown graphic is an exact copy of the Circus Circus casino's sign in Vegas.
The one in the auction has some issues-the 3 led numbers just above the number matrix aren't lit and the tulips are open but not the same amount. The tulips only open when certain number combos come up after the first 3 balls are in. These 3 balls stop the LED numbers from spinning, one at a time and depending on the number combo, the tulips open from .5 sec to I think 10 seconds.
Anyway, the issue could be something small but hard to tell.
Below is a pic of one I restored and still own. I restored the other and sold it.
The official name of this machine is "Big Spin 2".

The 1st 2 look like the same machine (maybe 2 machines, same model?). I have never seen any with a video screen before...not that I have seen many...only one in person.

They do look like the same machine. This is the second time I've seen that model on YJA and the only other Arrangeball with a vid screen was a Nishijin mahjong machine IIRC. Only a-ball I've seen from Nishijin.
