I think the seller needs to get a clue. That game is not worth any more than $3000.
Seriously, I am a handheld game collector, a reasonable price for that game is about $100. A better hand-held pachinko was made by Tsukuda. Rather than LCD, it had a VFD display. Back in 1987, it cost $50. I was tempted to buy it, but I just could not do it. I would gladly pay that much now for it.
