Probably because I have never clicked "unread posts". Gonna have to try that sometime.

    I have several questions:

1- what is the model and name of this machine?

Well I checked my voltage on the transformer that came with it 23v AC soo I went ahead and hooked it up. The machine is making a loud buzzing tone from the lower speaker and the shooter seems to work while the jackpot wheel spins (as it normally would). I only plug it in for short periods of time. Is there something I'm missing? I'm hoping the computer isn't fried !
the speaker that buzzes has a white and blue wire that goes to the computer.

I tried putting balls into the spots that open the center door and nothing happened

    Maybe post a video?

Does it pay out at all if you put a pachinko ball in one of the tulips? Not the #1 and #2 start pockets, but a tulip.

The tulips open and close but I think that's mechanical. The payout mech seems like the parts need adjustment. But I get no sound or anything electronic besides the buzzing from the computer speaker

Can you take off the broken yellow piece and post a picture? Or just look and see if it looks like the pictures earlier in this thread?

Are you missing the lower feed ramp cover?

It's the same piece as alphaminor posted, I still haven't fixed it, I'm a little more concerned about why the machine isn't working when plugged in.

Like I said there is a loud buzzing tone from the computer speaker the jackpot wheel spins as normal and the shooter works fine. none of the pockets register electronically nor do they pay out and almost no lights work besides the yellow one In the top left when the ball tray is empty. I also noticed a red light inside the computer case when it's plugged in. The tulips open and close but that seems to be a mechanical seesaw nothing electronic.

When the machine is not being played I've noticed that it has lights blinking around the CF continuously,
Is yours doing this? If not, you might need to start checking all you connections

    heres the video for reference

I pulled the computer apart and I don't see anything visibly burnt out. I should mention none of the frames lights are working either. Just the yellow light in the left hand corner when the hopper isn't full also the red led lights up on the board. I'm going to start pulling this thing apart and checking connections from the power supply in, maybe the playfeild doesn't have power? The buzzing computer speaker makes me uneasy though Worst case senario is it possible to get a copy of the removable chip on the board?

The members with more electrical experience will know better about where to start, but
you should begin checking your connections looking for anything out of the ordinary, ( if you've already opened up the back and made sure at the mechanical parts are in order)
bent or broken pins, anything out of alignment, things like that

most of the frame lights will not do anything until you enter a jackpot so that not too unusual, the fact that you getting power to the shooter and that the hopper empty light works, gives me the impression that the frame is functioning properly

ill see if that red light appears on my board as well

This is the main distribution from the trans former after the fuse. I noticed I'm missing some jumpers here. I have no idea how to read Japanese would these be the culprit? Do different games require jumpers in different positions? I ask because in looking at the circuit the blue and white wire runs to the toy power distribution on the play field and the circuit for the blue and white runs to one of these jumpers that is un terminated.

It's just like fixing a television except there are no spare parts and no troubleshooting manual.

I don't know of any replacement programmable chips.

In other words, out of my league.

If someone has info on the jumpers or can translate what they say along this the sticker on my chip I'm sure that would help

Couple of more pics, although I want to drag out a better machine tomorrow, as this one had " issues" before I bought it
    But it still functions correctly
