How to obtain a snipper program?

Ok snippers. I have had enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tell me where and how you got your snipping program. I am trying too gosh dang hard to get a machine and am getting tired of sitting around waiting for the auction to end only to find that my bid wasn't enough. Don't really like to bid early cause it only drives up the price. There are some machines that look pretty cool today but I am gonna be out of town and don't want to place a bid with 10hrs. to 2days left. I have noticed that the more people bid the more the price drastically goes up. Impulse I suppose. I used to do that. set 2 machines side by side. 1 has 7bids. with 1hr to go... 2 has 3 bids with 1hr. to go. I used to always bid on the one that had the most bids until I came here and figured it all out with venders and such.

You guys are always saying fair and love in snipping, so share the wealth..... Tell me whatcha know and where you get em.......

I understand why you want one, but I can't see me using one of those. It would be my luck that a glitch in the prograam would kick my bid up a couple thousand dollars!

There's one called auction tamer, one called auction sentry and I'm sure others. I've never used one myself. I had a real hard time turning over my eBay password to a piece of software that was connecting over the internet and I had no idea from there what it was doing with that information.

My luck, I would end up owning Botswanna.

they place your max bid in the last few seconds

if your losing sniping now, you still would with the program, unless you up your max bid.

i get a rush from sniping at the last few seconds. win or lose.

For snipping I use a service called Esnipe which is at "esnipe.com", of course.
They do charge a small fee for there service if you win the auction. It is great for people with dial up connections. You can set the snipe time to snipe any amount of time before the auction ends. I use 8 seconds.
You dont have to have you computer on as they place the bid for you with their computers.

If you get the deluxe version you can set up bidding groups so you can put in a snipe on several auctions for the same machine. As soon as you win one, it cancels your snipes for all the remaining auctions.

A sniping program is particularly useful if you like to place a lot of low bids looking for a bargain. There was one time that I had about 50 bids scheduled over a 4 day period. I only won a couple of those auctions, but they were at great prices. I never would have even tried on most of those if I had to be sitting by the computer at the exact time each of those 50 auctions ended.

It works like this:

1. You put in your max bid and set a time - say 7 seconds.
2. 5 minutes out from the end of the auction Auction Sentry checks in with eBay to sync your computer's clock with the eBay time.
3. 7 seconds out it makes your bid - unless the auction is already over your max.
4. It then checks to see if you won or not.

I guess you just have to trust the Auction Sentry people when they tell you that they never even see your account ID and password. It's passed directly from the program to eBay. So far the only small African countries that I've won are those that I specifically bid on.
