Interesting vintage/ dual center feature

Just came across this machine in an old garage sale ad on Wichita Falls CL, and was curious about the face

It has pockets down the center and what looks like two CF's
on either side of them

Anyone have any info on this style?

I saw the add and they have the box it came in, I was thinking on a trip but I already have two of them, one made by Besta and other by Sankyo.
