Make sure you have a good grip on the chrome ring on the back and that the little stop button is sticking out.

Check to see if it fires just by touching the handle, ie that you haven't turned it.

When you do start to turn it, the little black stop button should pop out and then it starts to fire. All the knob does is control the shooter spring and send the start stop signal, like the on/off switch. It doesn't have anything electronic inside.

I'd double check that you are making plenty of good contact with the grounding ring.

Because sometimes when other people play my pachinkos they sometimes say it's not firing and then I come along and it fires fine for me, so I wonder if some people make a better contact than others?

Also some of my pachinkos need more of the grounding ring contacting and others hardly seem to need any contact?
