Pachislo Automatic - Error

Hello PachiTalk Friends, I recently bought a Pachislo Automatic machine at an auction. It worked great until we won the jackpot. It is now beeping out a very loud morse code type of noise. Error codes for the hopper seem to be causing the failure. I've gone through all the reset options but without success.

Has anyone else experienced a similar error? If so any ideas?

do you have tokens in the hopper??

have you tried turning the door key to the left for soft reset??

do that after you have put tokens in the hopper

Hello Luckydog,

Thank you for your suggestion. I've performed the left turn and followed the error codes. The error codes are alternating between Clear Hopper and Load Hopper. So I've cleared the hopper and loaded the hopper several. The piercing beeping noise continues.

Any thoughts?

reach in and turn the wheel on the bottom of the hopper by hand to see if its ejecting tokens ok

Yes, turning the wheel by hand will check if the motor is stuck or there is a token jammed in there. Other faults can be a dirty or faulty sensor on the hopper so it can't count the tokens coming out.
