Seriously, you don't need to read minds, you can determine what someone is thinking from body language, phermone release, and speech. If you learn all the aspects of these ways that humans (and animals) communicate, you can do just as well as reading a mind. The Internet is your friend.

My Wife has been reading my mind for 37 years. On the other hand, I have no idea what she is thinking.

Easy! If she knows what you're thinking, then what does she do when you are thinking that thought? So the next time you are thinking of something, think that she knows your thoughts, and then react because you know what she will do. Unless that is her response to her knowing that you know what she will do when you have that thought. In that case, take it back one level, and the situation becomes you know what she it thinking before she even thinks it.
Thinking this over and after a second thought, I have confused myself.
