    Default Kyoraku Wiring Diagram

Just picked up my 2nd ever pachinko machine. I believe it to be a 1973 (?) Kyoraku Sun 406 (Frog) model. Besides being very dirty, the machine seems to work fine mechanically. I would like to get the lights operating for this machine. So far, I have located 2 bulbs (both working!) behind the fuse block, and confirmed the microswitch to indicate the hopper is low on balls is also working. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this machine? I am unsure if there are only 2 lamps on the machine or there is also one behind the front panel for the ball launcher. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I also have a Sun 406. I have never seen a yellow one though. (Mine is orange.) Anyways there is a solenoid in the loader that blocks balls when the tray is empty. This is one of the few vintage machines that does need power to work. I haven't really played with mine to figure out how everything hooks up. My guess though is 1 fuse block is 8v and the other is either 12v or 24v. The fuse block with the yellow & blue wires coming out of it goes to the solenoid. Then I think for the lights you hook up power to the right and middle post on the other fuse block.

Check to see if it says voltage on the fuse blocks or on the solenoid.

    Nice find though.

    100 machines and counting...

never seen one that ya could not bypass the shooter solenoid... i have never been able to get the shooter solenoids working (mising parts) so i have always had to bypass them

lights should be the right block and the two posts furthest right.. with the cut wires your going to have some trial and error...

Thanks Guys. Worst case scenario; I re-wire it. Do you know for sure if the only bulbs on it are the two behind the fuse block?
