No, not an arrange ball.

No. Arrangeball machines don't have ball trays and have some sort of group of numbers in the center. They may be arranged in a grid or circles or a combo of those. They also have coin slots.

Also, arrangeballs were only made for a short period of time and the last year of manufacture I know of was 1984.
