    Default New Prince in Virginia

My favorite machine, but this one is jacked up because the guy had busted parts and replaced them with parts from a junked out Daiichi. Not fully original, but a cool New prince anyway. Says he won't ship, but I get you could get him to drop it off at the local FedEx if you have an account.

Starting bid at $100 which sounds pretty reasonable to me.

I said on a thread here that i replaced the broken parts with different parts. Now the jackpot mechanism is identical right down to the bolt hole pattern. The tray i removed was plastic, but a different color. Shape was identical as well.
I guess some believe that parts from a new prince should be used to fix a new prince. Like i said the parts changed were identical. And like any other hobby that i partake in modifications should always be made apparent. I did this in the description in my auction. So i feel i was above board and honest in my listing. If some do not agree with what i did, then don't bid. Its pretty simple in my opinion.
    Sorry if upset you.

I also agree that replacing parts is fine, and you were perfectly above-board with disclosing. My post was intended to be positive as I indicated it was still a cool machine and well worth the asking price. No offense meant.

I once put a Nishijin ball hopper on a Maruhon!finished tray 009.jpgfinished tray 010.jpg Of course, it was not an exact match...and extensive modifications were made.cannibal 001.jpgcannibal 002.jpgcannibal 003.jpgcannibal 007.jpgcannibal 013.jpgcannibal 010.jpgcannibal 011.jpgI made a broken machine work...so I wasn't worried about offending anyone. plus I had no intention of selling it.
