    Default Daiichi Part Needed

I am looking for a 1974 Daiichi "New Vangurd" (sic) loader tray. Color is not critical. OR...is there any information out there about rebuilding one of these?

    Thanks,

    Dave

Sure wish I did have the parts to it. Heard of a two part putty called Apoxy (sic), wonder if that would work here.

too bad.. that are a few members that have rebuilt parts like that.. i have done small repairs with 5 min. epoxy, but never tried something like that..

i think your best bet is a replacement

I got a machine with the same tray and mine is damaged just as bad as yours. I'm going to probably end up parting out that one because it is also missing stuff off the back.

I think that was a weak spot on the Daiichi trays.

    100 machines and counting...

In order for there to be parts to fix machines, sometimes a machine must be sentenced to the boneyard. Perhaps that is where this one is destined. I always hate to strip them, but for many to live a few must die.

The metal tray should still fit. As the navy blue plastic one is set up in the same manner and separates from the rest of the tray.
