Reel Stop Board fuse problem
So, I bought my first pachislo machine as a garage sale impulse buy and am actually kinda excited that it's a 'fixer upper' as I'm a glutton for punishment and love a good project.
I've been able to figure most of it out and get quite a bit working (this site has been amazing!)... except the stop buttons. The fuse on the stop board blows as soon as it's turned on.
I've done some troubleshooting, based on what I've read on the boards, and it blows even when just the power is plugged into it. (if I'm correct in that the power is the connector with only two wires that plugs in into CN7).
I'm not sure what I should do next. Nothing looks discolored or "blown" but I could be missing something that I don't know to look for. The capacitor at C10 and C13 have what appear to be scratches on them. The scratch not he one at C10 could be discolored but it also could be that it's old. (I've included a closeup of C10 in case that helps)
I've attached pictures of the front and back in hopes someone can help.
I'd love to be able to fix this board rather than buy a new one...
