    Exclamation SlotUSA Problems

    I had recently won 2 auctions for tokens on April 13th. As of today I still had not received my items & all I keep getting told is that the warehouse will email me the tracking number. I had just emailed them regarding my concern. Is this a usual thing for them to be super slow on their shipping of items? I would really like to take my business elsewhere and finally get my tokens if they cannot fulfill my order. I don't want a negative on ebay & I am trying to be nice, but this to me seems a little too long. Any suggestions??

    I had a problem with them sending everything but what I ordered ( including the kitchen sink ) but they handled it right away to my satisfaction.
    I dont think theyre trying to rip you.
    I think they just have some shipping problems.
    Just stay on 'em.

    Go to their site and check to see if there are tracking numbers for your tokens. If not, I'd raise holy hell. That's way too long to wait.

    I read somewhere on here they were out of tokens.. Might explain why it's taking so long?

    their shipping is extremely slow i think. it took me about 2 weeks to get my tokens.

    I got the same routine from them when I ordered tokens. I had to file a complaint with PayPal to get a tracking number and my products. They are extremely slow and generally non-responsive.

    when you check token prices on their site it says not available, and they have none listed on ebay.

    i guess they sent out too many free ones for problems!!!!!

    That's too bad that they are out of stock as they had the best tokens I received from anyone. I would of thought they were new. Very shinny with an R in the middle (around some other japanese style writing). I was going to order 5k, but I guess I will have to wait.

    Well it seems there was multiple problems. I had payed through their site (or so I thought.) The problem was the payment had never went through, maybe somehow accidently getting canceled. I was not aware of this at the time. I just kept getting told I would be sent a tracking. I wish I had known about this earlier so I could have corrected the payment issue. It was finally brought to my knowledge today. So in conclusion I must suck up and say I apoligize cause in part this was not their fault, but also mine. I should have double checked. In light of this, I will continue to keep them on my list of further business. I just prefer pachinkno_pallace because he is in Suffern, NY which is like 20 miles away. Bought 3 machines from & could pick up without a fee or shipping costs. Big plus in my book.

    Well you know since they were not telling you they hadn't received your money they were only placating you when they spoke with you and didn't even bother to look it up. That's pretty sad in and of itself.

    just got a machine from them and it's junk!!! cut speaker wires,belly light flickering, reels bounching around inside,stinks,very dirty.scratched glass. Response:how about 250 tokens for your trouble?

    That's strange birdbrain. The machine I got from them was one of the cleanest I have ever got from a vendor.

    Oh man, they are gettin stingy, the minimum bribe used to be 500 tokens and a small shipping refund. I would hold out for at least 1000 tokens, and full shipping refund.

    1000 tokens and a full shipping refund is what I received from them on a New Pulsar when it came it very similar condition. Not bad considering that the $68 I won the auction for was less than the shipping to start with. Now I had to spend about 5 hours fixing it and cleaning it and it was by far the nastiest machine I've ever seen.

    I have stripped it to a black wood box and cleaned every component carefully there was even cig scum inside the clear tubes covering the wire harness!! I will finish reassembly in a couple of hours. painted inside clear to seal the stinky wood and repainted outside actual gloss black, added rubber feet and L-pad volume controls.

    I don't really know how to go about negotiating some kind of settlement any help on your part would be great!! I like Mr.Tulsa's deal. Thank you!!BB

    If you can tell them to come get their crappy machine, theyll do just about anything not to have to pay the return shipping just to end up with a crappy machine!
    But it sounds like youve gone a little far in refurbishing efforts to call that bluff.

    Wow, what's happened to them? Are they not happy with what machines are going for on ebay so doing a poor job(if any effort) in the referbishing process?

    The best way to get the companies to pay you back is to send them pictures if they sent you a poor machine. Wonder if you took some digital photos and sent them along??? Always take the photos first then you can refurbish all you want.

    Good advice slotter. I took pictures of some damage to a box that a machine had been shipped in expecting to find some damage to the machine. Luckily there was none.
