Aruze Max 711 Max Bet button issue

Hey folks,

just picked up an ARUZE Max 711 Pachislo. it was working wonderfully then all of a sudden the max bis button quit working.

any idea what it may be or where to get a replacement?

check your wiring to the button, it could just be sticking too.

I've freed them up with some contact cleaner sprayed around the button

tried that checked continuity on button wires 2 and 3. the harness shows continuity. sprayed button with contact cleaner let dry still no dice.. also checked by manually shorting pins 2 and 3 on the plug in point this caused the system to run a max bet so i know it's button specific.. I just emailed ARUZE USA for further info.. hope they have a solution in stock they are willing to sell me 3d party..

have you tried removing the button and taking it apart?? there is a contact switch inside!!

I have removed it but wasn't able to get further than the top cover for the button.
I'll post some pics of the thing it's made by OMRON. though the local suppliers do not have it or a compatible replacement option for it.

it's a dual LED backlit button there is a numbers stamped on the bottom but they are also an several other assemblies. so tracking the proper part is near impossible.

you know of some tear down information for this switch?

but the other one (all front buttons) may be the better bet

at least the pin outs will work easier. as for contacting ARUZE they replied and I quote " We do not stock or sell Pachislo or Pachinko parts in the US. Your best bet would be to search the internet. "
in other words you're SOL if you need parts from us.


who would have thought a manufacturer didn't stock parts in a country they do business in or make the parts available to that country.

i'll scoop the front button package up and i guess have to make some mods to allow the mounting of the round peg in the square hole.. lolz

a few years back i could have got almost 20 parts pachislos for free, I just didn't have anywhere to put them all. many were only missing a few parts.
the local dealer threw them all in his dumpster
I did rescue a Slot Paradise that only had the door lock missing
