Question Hot Area - Delayed Reel Spins

On the Hot Area machine - Is it normal that sometimes when you hit the joystick that the reels have a delay in spinning? Sometimes it spins up normally and some times one starts then the other then the other. Should I be concerned?

how much of a delay, they are probably just re-aliging themselves so they spin in sync

Very Slight delay but noticable. I have to play it more and see if it is consistant.

This is normal. It seems that a lot of YAMASA models do this.

You might be going to fast. I notice this on my Wild Wolf (Yamasa), that if I play to fast, the reels delay like you described (especially if I am using max bet and not dropping in 3 tokens manually).

It is my understanding that in Japan the reels are only allowed to spin a certain amount of times per hour. SO if you go fast you will have to wait a sec, hence a delay in the spin or the the reels are self calibrating.

This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.
