Dendo Oriental stop buttons do not work.

Hello everyone. Just got this machine and the stop buttons do not work. It takes about 30 or so second to stop. Not fun at all. Tried reset. Checked all wiring and connectors. I checked several of the post to try and figure this out alone. More pics of needed. Thank you for any help.

is your joystick centering correctly??

the button assembly may need cleaning, I've fixed sticking buttons with just spraying contact cleaner on them!

While checking joystick plastic tip broke and now joystick does not work at all. Is there somewhere I can order joystick for this machine. It did seem to go further down than up how would you center it if needed? Thank you so much
