This is the first one I've seen like this... Maybe Type 5P-H or Type SP-H?
Took a while to get it apart and back together.

I have one of those too. Mine has a cool UFO center but overall the machine isn't in the best shape and has some missing parts. But I love the center so I will figure out how to save it. It is cool to see this model C machine, as it what would become the basic way of design for all the early modern machines.

On the top, right, back of the machine... There is a 1/4" round hole that lead to nowhere. I carefully drilled out the plastic and stuck a red led, jackpot light there.
375 ohm (5x75) resistor.
Couldn't resist.
