Very nice. Could you show some more details of how you made it, and maybe some problems encountered? Does it work reliably? Looks GREAT! I like how the balls going up are visible!

I will put together a PDF, with more pictures and some details.. Probably a couple of days...
To answer a couple of questions:
Like any first time prototype, there are a few things I would do different... Using a visible vertical auger was decided because I wanted to add more interest to the game. (I have 9 grandchildren who actively play my coin toys when they are around and need to keep their interest)...
After I had the auger working, the coin slot thing hit me... and making that was not that big of a deal, just a little time consuming.. ( I like coin op machines )
When a coin is dropped into the slot, it trips a micro-switch, which in turn fires a 12 volt solenoid, the solenoid kicks a ball into a shoot that drops the ball into the back of the machine as a win token. Then the machine pays out balls into the tray for play to begin.. More details later...

I did not realize that there would be this much interest... As stated earlier, I put together a PDF with more pictures and details..

I had no problem connecting, it takes a couple seconds to come up, then a popup window for login credentials.

    thanks for the PDF!

hmmm looks a bit more complicated than I would have hoped I'd love to have a go building this but I dont think I would have the patience or the electrical aptitude.

Actually, you don't need the FTP site...I believe that just going to: www.dsherack.bugs3.com/Pachinko gets you to the PDF also without a log in.. Sorry just happen to figure that one out by removing the default webpage that is provided by the host site..

I've had that player for a long time, if you can't play a video using others, that one usually will play it.
