popeye pachislo-can I change the amout of coins per go?

New to this Pachiso stuff and have just got a popeye.
It take 3 coins per spin and I presume that means extra win lines.I can put 1 or 2 coin bets on but it won't spin till 3 coins have been bet (maxbet).Is there a setting or something that will let me bet less then 3 coins?

Popeye is a newer model and even if it has the 1 and 2 bet buttons it is Max bet only

As Luckydog says, most pachislos are MAX Bet only, requiring 3 tokens per play. (Although you may see the wording to suggest 1, 2 & 3 tokens, some models do have this ability but not many)

It's great fun figuring this stuff out but I guessed if there was a setting for this it would be hidden in a Japanese menu somewhere.

Anyway my main problem was the time it took to credit it up at 3 tokens a go but now I figured out how to 'speedload' tokens it's much better now.

Fast token loading ought to be shown in pictures on the front of these machines for those of us who don't know.it would save us putting coins in one at a time.

yep, speed loading is the way to go

with credit mode you can load 50 tokens and add 3 per spin to get the smaller payouts for more fun too

odds setting on 3 or 4 usually give more action!!
