I ordered 1K P Balls from SlotUSA & recieved a box filled with paper, aprx 50 P Balls, a handfull of B Berrings, a 6" bolt, a 2" metal sleve in a plastic wrapper & some trash. HUH!?
I called SlotUSA & left a msg, they called me the next day & I got a new order of 1K P Balls as soon as they could get 'em to me!
Very nice, very professional, very apologetic, very cool!

I agree 100%. At my last job, all Recivers/Shippers had to initial on the log book all shipments they recieved or shipped. If SlotUSA did this they would be able to backtrack and see who is messing up the orders and that person could be held accountable. Just a thought?
