hi everyone I re ently purchased this machine and it did not light up but was able to get it to. Everytime I plg in the hopper it continuasly runs. How can I fix this problem so I can keep it plugged in without it running. I cleared all the codes and let the machine run with 1000 tokens in the hopper but motor only got hot and still wont stop. Please help so we can enjoy the machine in our game room.

On my machine, there are two switches at the top of the power supply. The right one is the power switch that turns the machine on and off. The left one, if turned on while the power is on, will turn the hopper on so that it continuously runs non-stop. If you are just plugging the machine in to turn it on, then odds are the power switch has been left on. Look inside your machine for a small box on the lower left corner that should have a few switches, possibly a button or a keyhole. If there's two toggle switches side-by-side at the top of the face of this box, try flipping one while the machine is on. If the whole machine turns off, flip that switch back on and try the other switch and see if that stops your hopper.

I bet you probably have a "hopper dump" switch on the power supply box and it's in the on position.
