Wheels will not spin
Just got a non working pachislo machine, when I power up the machine, the wheels on the outside spin fine, location 1 and 5, these are not the play wheels. The play wheels in location 2 3 and 4 do not spin when I turn the machine on and Im wondering should they when you first power it up? Next when I go to spin the wheel manually, I can easily spin all except location 4, I can feel vibration on the wheel and its tight. when power is off it spins fine. I pulled out the wheel and its clean and not binding. So my question would be is it normal for the 4th wheel to be tight and the others free spinning? The LED's look OK on the spin button, it flickers on and off so spin is fine but doesn't do anything. the tokens do register and lets me bet but nothing spins. Any thoughts next? Thanks Chris
