New machine added to collection - Super Sea Story - Pics with a few questions

I just got a new Pachinko in the mail! It was purchased from a member here named naha13. It was an excellent experience. Excellent communication, fast and reliable shipping. He had it packaged and shipped within 24 hours of sending payment. Thanks again!

It came this morning and I had about an hour before I had to leave for work to check it out. It needs a little TLC, but so does every pachi I have ever found. Luckily the glass was intact, although it was padded very nicely. Powered up and looks great. I do have three questions though:

1. It has error code one (1). Sometimes it flucated form 1 to 0 (maby that means 10?). I spoke to naha13 and is mentioned I needed to have the hopper full in order for it to go away. I haven't had a chance to test this. At the time of messing with it, the machine had roughly 2 dozen balls in it. I removed the payout motor and examined it. Looked ok. The balls simply sit and dont move on top of the motor. I am nearly certain there are no jams. I have tried reseating many of the wires, which did not fix the issue. Several resets also did not fix the issue. The machine does function fine and teh "push" button functions as it should. Does anyone know what error 1 is? I hope its as simple as me not having enough balls in it. I did put a ball in the pocket and no balls were payed.

2. Where is the button (if there is one) to activate the emptying of the balls? I can't find it!

3. There is no key. Anyone know where I can get a replacement compatible lock/key? I have figured out how to open it, but it's inconvenient to remove the machine from the wooden frame to open the front glass.

UPDATE-

Just finished about a half hour with the machine. I answered all three of my questions.

- The error 1 meant there were not enough balls in the hopper. Solved by filling up the hopper just as naha13 recommended.

- The switch I was looking for is actually a white lever above the payout motor. I found out the hard way of its function...

- The Eva 7 that sits right next to it has a key. Just for fun I tried the key from the Eva and it fit into the machine like a glove. Functions perfectly.

Now im cleaning it up

Excellent! I'm glad everything is up and working! You had mentioned you had another modern, so I didn't really think about the key since most are the same. Lucky for me and you I had bought a Sevens Rock awhile back and still had the double shipping boxes. I'm glad Sea Story found a nice new home. Thanks for the glowing review!

I have the blue frame version of Super Sea Story, it's a fun game although the payout motor on mine has been acting up.
I haven't taken it apart yet though to see what's going on with it.

Yeah everything worked out perfect. I cleaned and waxed the exterior of the machine. Gotta work on the cell soon. I plan on fully cleaning the cell and polishing the pins. It really came out nice so far. It really is neat that it reminds me of when I played it 8 years ago.

Tonight I added the volume controller, extended hopper, my ball management system, and drilled in a full wooden stand on the bottom. It is very sturdy now.

Thanks! The blue frame! Thats a keeper. Thats the one I was trying to find for the longest time. I never knew that they made it in white though. As soon as I saw the white I really liked it. This series (newer ones Okinawa,Caribbean, etc) can come in different, sometimes odd imo, colors. Ive seen full pink, orange, green, and a darker blue.
