1934 Stoner Super-8
As promised, pictures of my new project. It is a 1934 Stoner Super-8. It is dirty and been in a basement or shed or some other such place. It is missing a few pieces. The tilt cup pedestal is missing. It is missing one pin with a spring on it which I am sure I can work out. It is missing the shooter tip so need to get or fashion a new one. It is missing the knob for the push rod to load to balls and will replace with a new one. It is missing a rod that was billed as "a magic button". If you wanted to continue a game but only reset certain balls into play and leave the others in their scoring position (I am assuming only the balls in the out section get recycled), you push the rod in and then insert another coin. It looks like it just pushes again another rod so will try to fashion something for that. And it needs glass. The easiest thing to replace. It has a transformer but it looks a little scary so I might replace or worst case take to somebody to check out and rewire to make sure it is safe.
Should keep me busy for a bit.
